Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing and managing the technical infrastructure for the companies Servers and Mainframe platforms. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day activities of the Operations Group, responsible for all three shifts. Supervise day-to-day operation of server and mainframe infrastructure. Responsible for scheduling using CA ESP. Ensures compliance with uptime and performance standards and develops system and product benchmarking and monitoring. Work in conjunction with Development/Project Management personnel to ensure a timely and efficient release of new or upgraded software applications into the production environment. Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and provide applicable reporting to SOX auditing teams. Direct and supervise the operations of 5-6 employees. Develop and manage infrastructure Service Level Agreements.
Requirements:	10+ Years management experience in an Information Technology (Infrastructure Operations) capacity 10+ Years experience with hardware/software infrastructure, including Mainframe and OpenSystems Must have hands on experience with CA ESP workload Automation tools and be able to use the tool for scheduling. (Cybermation, mseries, dseries) Must have hands on experience with CA ESP in Mainframe and Client Server Environments Must be willing to work core hours for first shift but have on call availability for additional two shifts.
