Java/ESB/Mobile Application Developer
Positions in this function deliver leading edge Mobile/Smartphone Applications (for iPhone, Blackberry, Windows Mobile platforms etc) and Enterprise Service Bus middleware in collaboration with other technology areas within the company. Works closely with other functions to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps. Primary Responsibilities: Design and implement leading-edge mobile applications Design and implement Enterprise Service Bus middleware Perform test-driven development Collaborate with team members to build applications Develop prototypes rapidly for technology and UI evaluation purposes Document code and system designs Provide application support and systems maintenance Play an active role in the evolution of the product Develop deep expertise in multiple areas Keep abreast of latest mobile technologies |

Requirements:
5+ years Java/J2EE design and development experience 2+ years experience with web services (SOAP, XML, WS-Security etc.,) 1+ yrs experience in any of the following; Objective-C, Cocoa, iPhone SDK 1+ years of experience deploying and troubleshooting applications on Websphere Strong object-oriented skills Assets: 1+ years experience with Enterprise Service Bus (WID, WESB, soapUI etc., ) Iterative development experience, including continuous integration 1+ years experience managing offshore teams Good familiarity with UI Design, SDLC, design patterns, and performance engineering. · Familiarity with other mobile platform SDKs (Blackberry/Windows-Mobile/Android) is a plus |
