QA Business Consultant.
Experience with QA practices and software development lifecycle, having owned: work estimates, capacity planning, testing strategy, and manual/automation test scripts.
Interact with key QA areas to define test cases; establish the requirements traceability matrix for functional and nonfunctional requirements; identify and secure appropriate test data; and, assist and/or direct the test team in the development and execution of test scripts, defect management, and validation of test results.
Represent QA at project meetings to discuss status, defects for responsible area, assess impacts and provide input into schedule revisions at both project and release level.
Monitor changes in test case priority based on changing project delivery priorities.
Promote repeatability, reusability, efficiencies, and cross training to facilitate the development and maintenance of a matrixed organization. |
