Our direct client is looking for Business Analyst w/ Fin Services, Project Management , Insurance(P&C) (Other Job Titles Include: Business Analysts, Sr. Business Analysts, Senior Business Analysts, Senior Business Analyst, BA, Sr. BA, Senior BA, Software Methodolgy Analysts, Analysts, Systems Analyst, System Analysts)
Business Analysts have primary accountability for providing client support and consultation on the development of business requirements in the design and delivery of IT solutions; elicit needs for basic to complex buisness and technical issues, translate and document needs into understandable requiremetns, and manage scope and solution design to those requirements;
Work collaboratively with Enterprise Archtecture to deliver best possible requirements solutions by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of business strategies, products, functions and processes, along with current and emerging IT products, services and methodogies; understand the goals and risks associated with the business and technical requirements and offer counsel on risk mitigation and the alignment of requirements with objectives; demonstrate a team orientation by working closely and effectively with customers, development teams and outside services; demonstrate solid skills in the use of business analysis tools and methodologies
Additionally we require buisness analysts to function as project managers and are involved in projects from idea formulation through development, implementation and training. |
| Requirements: |
Candidate must have Financial Services, Insurance (P&C) and Project Management experience. Candidate must be local to NYC (within a daily commutable distance)
